What we sell

The Celestia Personal Reading is a personalized personality report delivered as digital content. It is generated automatically from the birth details you enter (date, time and place of birth) and the answers of our system. It is written for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only. It is not a prediction of the future and it is not psychological, medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Please do not base important decisions on it.

We also sell the Celestia Full Compatibility Report, a personalized compatibility report for two people, generated automatically from the two birth dates entered in our compatibility quiz and delivered as digital content. Like all our readings, it is written for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.

Your details

The reading is created from the details you provide. Please check them before purchasing: we cannot be responsible for a reading based on incorrect details. If you do not know your birth time, your Rising sign is drawn from your Sun sign, as explained on the order page.

Price and payment

The price of each product is shown on its order page (Personal Reading: USD 9.99; Full Compatibility Report: USD 7.99) and is a one-time payment, taxes included. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, taxes and your payment receipt.

How the contract is formed

By completing the checkout you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Your reading is delivered immediately after payment: you receive an email with a private link to your reading, which you can also save as a PDF. The link remains available to you. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us at hello@mycelestia.app.

Withdrawal

Please see our Withdrawal & Refunds policy. When you order, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been delivered. Independently of this, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Withdrawal & Refunds policy.

Personal use

Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or republish it.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable.
